In 1998, we acquired Hidden Firs Apartments.  Rainier Pacific managed subsidized Section 8/HUD housing for over 15 years.  After a successful run and strong management, the decision was made to take advantage of the hot apartment market and relinquish the project at the end of 2014 which led to the acquisition of the Tesla Building in Bellevue, WA.
