Phase I: 258 Apartments / 58,000 SF of Retail Phase II: 168 Apartments / 16,000 SF of Retail

In August 2018, we partnered with Lake Union Partners and began construction on a mixed use multifamily development in Mountlake Terrace. Located across the street from the Metro transit station and future Sound Transit Link light rail station, Terrace Station will be home to three future projects totaling over 630 units and nearly 90K SF of Retail. The 58,000 SF of retail is 100% pre-leased to a world class fitness operator and a premier childcare facility. Completion date expected to be September 2020 for Phase I and January 2022 for Phase II.
