South Lake Union - Office Development

192,000 SF - Class a office and ground floor retail

In 2015, Rainier Pacific represented the Buyer group (Lake Union Partners, Talon Private Capital, and Walton Street Capital) to acquire the Buca Di Beppo building in South Lake Union for $10.5M.  After acquisition, we partnered with LUP and Talon on the pre-development work to entitle a 192,000 SF office building and achieve Seattle's Living Building Challenge (https://living-future.org/lbc).  Upon approval from the Design Review Board, the property was sold to Vulcan Real Estate nearly a year later for $35M.
